Fishing Near Strawberry, California

The South Fork of the Stanislaus is running really high, so it was not good.




Drove down to Clavey River, flows were better but all I saw were Rattlesnakes. 


Finally stopped at the North Fork Tuolumne day use area and caught 4 trout off a BH hares ear nymph under a float.  Here is one I caught.

    This website is for fisherman and women and they can fish any way they want as long as it is legal. Bait fishing, catch release be it with fly or lure does not matter. Lot's of people enjoy fishing not only to catch but to eat as well. If you are just a catch and release guy good for you.
